At the beginning of the year, your school is allocated a seat number based on the number of books your school has purchased.
As students add teacher class codes, seats will be deducted from this total allocation. If a student attempts to access a class without a school having seats both the student and admin will receive an error email.
For example, if a student adds a Year 11 class that uses three Year 11 micros, one seat from each book will be deducted.
If your students have purchased books, but your seat number has not been adjusted accordingly, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
If a class is created using a book with fewer seats than the number of students joining, while other books have the correct seat count, the book with the lowest seat count will prevent additional students from joining.
To access the total seat allocation (for school administrators or teachers)
Click on the seats tab at the top menu. You will see total seats, used seats and a warning of seats being used up.
